Oatmeal with frozen blueberries and no sugar

Weight loss and nutrition tip! I made quick oats. I put in water, and a handful of frozen blueberries, and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Then added milk. The natural sweetness is delicious. Blueberries have lots of antioxidants. The oatmeal is filling.
